Lily has reached one year of remission from lymphoma! She had her bi-monthly check-up yesterday and got the all-clear again for the next two months. Her scans are clean and her weight is holding at the exact same amount it has been for the past year. I really don’t think I can put in words how happy I am and how thankful I feel. I am so incredibly proud of her and feel so lucky to have her still with me.

I am also so thankful for her vet Dr. Jones at Carrollwood Community Animal Hospital and her Oncologist Dr. Kane and the whole oncology staff at Blue Pearl Animal Hospital. Statistically, only 50% of dogs survive a year after chemotherapy treatment for lymphoma. So today we celebrate how amazing this accomplishment is! We celebrated with a toy CHOMPAGNE bottle and some of Pet Winery’s Dög Pawrignon – Rosé Edition and a photo shoot of course. We like to document all the moments over here.
